Block A and B are two areas in common for all property owners. Unlike many other parks in Severn township, these common areas are owned by Bramshott property owners NOT the township. All registered owners of title within the Bramshott subdivision on Plan 1079 are responsible to pay their proportion of costs for the upkeep of these common areas. Please see Instrument No. 173408 which is registered on Plan 1079 and which sets out all owners’ responsibilities towards these common areas.
